Canceling your plan
Note: On the Enterprise plan, only the admin can change plans. The options are disabled for non-admin users.
You can switch back to Free at any time.
- Open Settings and select Plans & billing.
- Select Downgrade to Free.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your Pro features stay active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account switches to Free.
What changes on Free
- Haikus, team members, and teams are capped at 100 each
- Smart Blur during capture is no longer available
- Exports are limited to PDF
- Version history and advanced analytics are no longer available
What stays
Your haikus and all your data are kept. Nothing is deleted.
