Where should I start: Composer, In-App Guides or Notes?
Start with the problem you have. Answering the same question again: Composer. People leaving the app to find the guide: In-App Guides. Issues discussed in chat without the screen: Notes. All three run on the same extension and account.
What software does Haiku work on?
Haiku works on web apps in Chrome and Edge, with no code on the page. The desktop app captures native apps on Mac and Windows, and notes can be pinned on desktop apps too.
How is In-App Guides different from WalkMe guidance?
In-App Guidance puts a guide beside the task, so people read the steps while they work. WalkMe guides people through the task inside the app, with walkthroughs, automation and analytics at scale. Many teams start with Haiku and add WalkMe as their needs grow.
Is my data secure?
Haiku is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, and GDPR compliant. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Recording starts only when you click Record. Nothing is captured in the background. Details are in the Trust Center.
