Share & Export

Your know-how. In their tools.

Place guides where people need them. Publish to Confluence or Notion, export to your LMS, or share a link that updates when you edit, so everyone sees the latest steps.

No more “where's that doc?”

People look for help in the tools they already have open. Publish a guide to Confluence, Notion, Google Docs, or Google Slides. Or add the guide to the WalkMe Menu.

Change the steps. Keep the link.

Send a guide as a link or embed the guide in your help center. When the process changes, edit once. Everybody uses the most current version, automatically.

Every format for every need.

Export SCORM for your LMS, PowerPoint for live training, or PDF and Word for offline readers. Need a video? Haiku turns your steps into an MP4, in 16:9 landscape or 9:16 vertical for phones. No recording needed.

Give your steps to an agent.

Export any guide as instructions an AI agent can run: the steps in order, the context it needs, and the point where it should check with you before acting instead of assuming.

Frequently asked questions

Invite people by email with ‘Can view’ or ‘Can edit’ access, or give your whole team access. To share with anyone, set access to ‘Anyone’ with a link. You can also password protect the link for added security. Public links are available on Pro, Team, and Enterprise.

Links and embeds show your latest edits, so there's nothing to resend or re-paste. Downloaded files (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, SCORM, HTML, Markdown, and MP4) are copies from the moment you exported them. Export again after you make changes.

Yes. From the Integrations tab, you can publish a guide to Confluence as a formatted article, to Notion as a page, or to Google Docs and Google Slides as new files. You can also copy the embed code and paste it anywhere that accepts custom HTML or an iframe, including SharePoint. Integrations and embeds are available on Pro, Team, and Enterprise.

PDF is included on every plan. All other export formats, like HTML, Markdown, Word, PowerPoint, SCORM, and MP4 video, are available on paid plans. MP4 turns your steps into a video file, with no screen recording or editing needed.

Yes. Export a SCORM .zip and upload it to your LMS, such as Workday Learning, Cornerstone, or TalentLMS. Run a test course before assigning it to learners. SCORM export is available on Pro, Team, and Enterprise.
