Notes

Collaborate. Right on the screen.

Pin a note to any spot on your website, app or system, tag who should act, and keep the conversation in context. No lost screenshots, no extra calls to schedule.

Don't leave the scene. Discuss in context.

Pin a note to the exact spot that triggered the need for a conversation. Add a highlight or a quick voice note. Whoever opens the note sees the same screen as you did.

Mentioned. Owned. Resolved.

Mention whoever is relevant to the conversation, and they're notified right away, no separate ping needed. The note carries that mention until it's marked resolved, so nothing goes unnoticed and nothing gets lost.

Collaborate wherever your team works.

Whether it’s your product, systems like Salesforce or SAP, or your website, work together in context, each note pinned to the exact spot that matters.

Frequently asked questions

You need a Haiku account to leave a note or reply. You can receive an email notification and read a shared note and its comments without an account, using a view-only link.

Anything the Haiku extension or desktop app can reach: a page in your own product, a system like Salesforce or SAP, or your website.

Those tools need a script installed on the page itself, so they only reach sites your team controls. Notes runs on the Haiku extension instead (and through our desktop app), so it also reaches systems you don't own the code for, like Salesforce or SAP.

Teams who already have Haiku accounts: guidance and DAP teams, app owners, product and design, marketing ops, implementation leads and IT support.

Yes. Tag an email that isn’t registered to Haiku and they’ll get notified by email. You can also share a note with “Anyone with the link,” and that link can be passed along to anyone. When they open it, they see a view-only version, able to read the note and comments but not reply until they register for Haiku.
