Capture

Record any workflow.

Simply press record and capture any process in your browser or desktop app. Each click becomes an editable step, and "how do I do this again?" gets answered by a guide, not you.

Wherever the work happens.

Some workflows live in a browser tab. Some live in a desktop app older than your laptop. Capture from either, or upload screenshots from your phone.

Explain what the screen can't.

Switch on your mic, camera, or both before you record. Your explanation plays inline when someone opens the guide, right beside the step.

Upload screenshots, a video, a PDF, or a Word or PowerPoint file. Haiku turns the file into steps and tips you can edit.

Frequently asked questions

Chrome and Edge. Add the Haiku extension, pick the tab you want to capture, and start working. Each click becomes a step with its own screenshot.

Yes. Download Haiku for Desktop on Mac or Windows and give it screen recording permission. Then choose the screen or app you want to record, and each click is captured as a step. That includes apps that never open in a browser.

Yes. You have two options:

Screenshots: Take a screenshot before each tap as you work through the task. Then open Haiku in your mobile or desktop browser and tap Select screenshots. Haiku arranges the images into steps and adds tap markers, which you can move if one lands in the wrong spot.

Screen recording: Record the task with your phone's built-in screen recorder. Then open Haiku in your mobile or desktop browser and upload the video. Haiku turns the recording into steps.

Haiku generates the steps, screenshots and descriptions for you. Edit the text, reorder steps or annotate screenshots, then share the guide. Or share it as is if it already says what you'd say.

On every plan, you can blur any part of a screenshot after capture. On Pro and above, Smart Blur helps catch sensitive information during capture. Either way, check the blurred areas before you share.

Yes. Browser, desktop and mobile capture are all included on the Free plan, for up to 10 guides per user. No credit card required.
