Share a haiku
Select Share in the top toolbar of any haiku to open the share popup.
Share with specific people
Enter an email address in the invite field. Set their permission — Can edit or Can view — and send the invite. They'll get an email with a link.
People you've invited appear in the list below.
Share settings
Click on the permission to see Share settings.
A password and an expiry both apply to the link. Neither changes anything for people you added by email, who keep opening the haiku the way they always have.
Password required. Turn it on, then type a password or select Generate to have one made for you. Send the password to people yourself. Haiku doesn't include it with the link.
Link expires in… Choose how long the link keeps working: a day, three days, a week, two weeks, or a month. Haiku shows you the exact date and time it stops. After that the haiku goes back to its normal access setting, so anyone you added by email still has theirs.
Select Save when you're done.
"Shared with me" section
When someone shares a haiku with you directly, it appears under Shared with me in the left sidebar. This specifically includes haikus shared by people on other teams.
Share with your team
At the bottom of the share popup, select the access dropdown. Choose [Team name] can access to make the haiku visible to everyone on your team.
Share publicly
In the access dropdown, select Anyone with a link. Anyone on the internet who has this link can view the haiku — no account required.
Select Copy link to copy the share URL to your clipboard.
Note : Not available on the Free plan
Keep it private
The default access setting is Restricted — only people you've explicitly added can view the haiku. If you haven't shared it with anyone, only you can see it.
